CONSTRUCTION

  1. Current-carrying conductor:
    • for APV wires – aluminum, single-wire of the 1st class for cross-sections from 2.5 to 16 mm² inclusive, multi-wire – 2nd class for cross-sections from 25 to 120 mm² inclusive, according to DSTU EN 60228;
    • for PV1 wires – copper, single-wire of the 1st class for cross-sections from 0.5 to 10 mm² inclusive, multi-wire – 2nd class for cross-sections from 16 to 95 mm² inclusive, according to DSTU EN 60228;
    • for PV3 wires – copper, multi-wire of the 5th flexibility class according to DSTU EN 60228.
  2. Insulation – made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic in various colors. The color of the cores is solid.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Operating temperature range from -50°C to +70°C.
Relative humidity at +35°C – 100%.
Insulation electrical resistance:

The maximum allowable temperature of conductors during operation is +70°C.
Wires are resistant to mold.
Wires are resistant to mechanical impacts, linear acceleration, bends, vibrational loads, and acoustic noise.
Wire laying and installation without preheating are carried out at a temperature not lower than -15°C.
Bending radius during installation:

Construction length of the wire not less than 100 m.
Warranty period of operation – 2 years from the date of commissioning.
Service life of wires – 15 years.


APPLICATION

APV and PV1 wires are used for electrical installations with stationary laying, PV3 wire is for assembling sections of electrical circuits where wire bending is possible, in lighting and power networks, as well as for mounting electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms, and machines with a rated voltage up to 450 V (for networks up to 450/750V) with a frequency up to 400 Hz or direct current up to 1000 V.
