CONSTRUCTION

1. The current-conducting core is copper, multi-wire, of the 5th class of flexibility according to DSTU EN 60228.
2.  The insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic of various colors, in wires of the PVSng-LS (ngd) brands, made of PVC plastic of reduced fire hazard. Color of insulation of conductive cores:

3. Twisting - insulated cores twisted without filler. The insulated cores of the five-core wires need to be twisted around the core.
4. The sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic, applied to fill the gaps between the cores, giving the wire a round shape.
   The shell can be white, blue, yellow, green, brown, gray, red, blue, black or orange.
   At the customer's request, according to TU U 27.3-33527835-002:2014, it is possible to manufacture a wire with a core cross section up to and including 12 mm².

The wires withstand the alternating voltage test for 15 minutes after exposure to water at a temperature of (20±5)°C for 1 hour at 2000 V at a frequency of 50 Hz.
The resource of the cords is expressed in the resistance to sign-changing bending deformations at the nominal voltage, not less than 30,000 (60,000) cycles (movements).
Nominal tensile strength:

• for wires with a cross-section of 0.75 and 1.0 mm² with a roller diameter of 80 mm - 9.8 N;
• for wires with a cross section of 1.5 and 2.5 mm² with a roller diameter of 120 mm - 14.7 N.
  

Installed trouble-free operation:

• not less than 5000 hours;
• for wires used in stationary electrical appliances, at least - 12,000 hours.
  

The construction length of the wire is not less than 50 m.
The warranty period of operation is 2 years from the moment of commissioning.
The service life of wires is at least 6 years.
The service life of wires used in stationary electrical appliances is at least 10 years.
