STRUCTURE

Current-carrying conductor – copper, multi-wire, 5th flexibility class according to DSTU EN 60228.

Insulation – made of PVC plastic of different colors; in PVSng-LS (ngd) cables, it is made of fire-resistant PVC plastic.

Twisting – insulated conductors are twisted without filler. Insulated conductors of five-conductor cables may be twisted around a core.
Sheath – made of PVC plastic, filling the gaps between conductors, giving the cable a round shape. The sheath can be white, blue, yellow, green, brown, gray, red, blue, black, or orange. At the customer's request, the cable can be manufactured with a conductor cross-section up to and including 12 mm² according to TU U 27.3-33527835-002:2014.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Operating ambient temperature:

for cords in U version from -40°C to +40°C;
for cords in other versions from -25°C to +40°C.

Maximum allowable conductor temperature during operation is +70 °C.

Cables withstand alternating voltage testing for 15 minutes after immersion in water at a temperature of (20±5)°C for 1 hour at 2000 V and 50 Hz.
The life of cords is expressed in durability against reverse bending deformation under nominal voltage, at least - 30000 (60000) cycles (movements).
Nominal tensile strength:

for cables with 0.75 and 1.0 mm² cross-section with roller diameter 80 mm - 9.8 N;
for cables with 1.5 and 2.5 mm² cross-section with roller diameter 120 mm - 14.7 N.

Specified no-failure time:

at least - 5000 hours;
for cables used in stationary electrical appliances, at least - 12000 hours.

The construction length of the wire is not less than 50 m.
The warranty period of operation is 2 years from the moment of commissioning.
The service life of wires is at least 6 years.
The service life of wires used in stationary electrical appliances is at least 10 years.

APPLICATION

For connecting electrical appliances and power tools used for home maintenance and repair, washing machines, refrigerators, small mechanized gardening tools, and other similar machines and devices, as well as for making extension cords, with a voltage of up to 380 V for 380/660 V systems.
