CONSTRUCTION

1. Conductive cores made of tinned copper wires with a cross-section from 0.35 to 70.0 mm².
2. Insulation:
• fluoroplastic film insulation with an overlap of at least 15%;
• insulation in the form of a wrapping with glass fibers impregnated with silicone-organic varnish.
3. Braiding made of glass fibers impregnated with silicone-organic varnish.
4. For PTLE-200 wires – shielding braiding made of tinned copper wire with a nominal diameter of no more than 0.15 mm. The surface density coefficient of the wires is at least 75%.

APPLICATION

The wires are designed for fixed installation in the onboard network of aviation equipment and for operation at a voltage of up to 250 V DC or AC with a frequency of up to 5000 Hz.
The wire is resistant to vibration, impact, and linear loads, as well as acoustic noise. The wires are resistant to low atmospheric pressure up to 2 kPa (15 mmHg), salt fog, and mold fungi.
