Thermoelectric wire with insulation made of polyethylene terephthalate film, wrapped and braided with polyester threads impregnated with BF adhesive, shielded with tinned copper wire.
The abbreviation PTPE stands for:

P – wire;
T – thermoelectric;
P – protective coating – wrapping and braiding with polyester threads impregnated with BF adhesive;

CONSTRUCTION

Conducting cores made of 7 wires with a nominal cross-section:

copper – 0.75; 1.00; 1.50; 2.50 mm²;

PTP-HK – chromel-copel.

Insulation made of polyethylene terephthalate film;
Wrapping with polyester threads impregnated with BF adhesive;
General braiding with polyester threads impregnated with BF adhesive. The wrapping and braiding of wires are marked with colored threads corresponding to the respective metal or alloy;
Shielding braid made of tinned copper wire with a nominal diameter not exceeding 0.18 mm. The surface density coefficient of the wires is at least 80%.
