Wire with heat-resistant insulation
The abbreviation PAL stands for:

• P – wire (from the Ukrainian "провід");
• A – asbestos insulator;
• L – lacquered.

CONSTRUCTION

1. Current-conducting copper stranded conductors with cross-sections of 0.75; 1.0; 2.5; 4.0; 10.0; 16.0; 35.0; 50.0 – at least 4th flexibility class, with cross-sections of 1.5; 6.0; 25.0 at least 3rd flexibility class.
2. Insulation in the form of winding from asbestos yarn impregnated with silicone-organic lacquer.
3. Winding from fluoroplastic-4 film applied with an overlap of at least 40%.
4. Braiding with a density of at least 85% from reinforced asbestos yarn, coated with heat-resistant enamel.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The operating temperature of the ambient environment ranges from -50 °C to +200 °C.
Wire installation without preheating can be performed at an ambient temperature not lower than -15 °C.
The electrical resistance of the wire insulation, brought to a temperature of 20 °C, is at least 1·10¹⁰ Ω·m.
Test alternating voltage frequency 50 Hz – 4000 V, 1 minute.
Minimum bending radius during installation – 15 wire diameters.
Wire construction length is at least 10 meters.
Warranty period of operation – 1.5 years from the date of commissioning.

APPLICATION

The wires are designed for stationary installation in electrical installations, in lighting networks, for the installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms, and devices at a nominal voltage of up to 660 V AC frequency of 50 Hz.
