CONSTRUCTION

1. Current-carrying conductor – single-wire, copper or aluminum, Class 1 according to DSTU EN 60228.
2. Insulation – made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic, in cables with the index "ng-LS (ngd)" – made of fire-retardant PVC plastic.
3. Twisting – insulated conductors twisted together. Each layer of the cable contains a reference pair, the conductors of which differ in insulation color from the other conductors in the layer.
4. Separation layer – applied over the twisted conductors, made of fire-retardant PVC plastic, with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, in cables with the index "ng-LS (ngd)" – made of fire-retardant PVC plastic.
5. Protective covering type BBShv:
   • armor made of two galvanized steel strips, applied with overlap in a spiral so that the upper strip covers the gaps between the turns of the lower strip;
   • protective hose – made of fire-retardant PVC plastic, in cables with the index "ng-LS (ngd)" – made of fire-retardant PVC plastic.

Electrical insulation resistance at +20°C with a cross-section of:

• from 6 to 10 mm² – not less than 6 MΩ.

Long-term allowable temperature of the current-carrying conductors during operation is +70°C.
The cables are resistant to installation bends.
The bending radius of armored cables during installation and laying without preheating at ambient temperatures no lower than -7°C is not less than 10 cable diameters.
Cable construction length – at least 150 meters.
Warranty period of operation – 3 years from the date of commissioning.
Cable service life – at least 15 years.
Service life when laid in rooms, channels, tunnels – at least 25 years.

APPLICATION

Control cables are designed for connecting stationary electrical devices, equipment, and electrical distribution units at AC voltages up to 660 V with a frequency of up to 100 Hz or DC voltages up to 1000 V.
For single and bundled laying in rooms, channels, tunnels, trays, ducts, pipes, flexible conduits without significant tensile loads, as well as in the ground (trenches) with low corrosive activity, in places where stray currents are possible.
