The abbreviations APSDK, APSDKT, PSDKT, PSDKT-L, PSDK-L are decoded as follows:

• A - aluminum alloy;
• P - conductor;
• S - insulation made of glass threads (fiberglass);
• D – double-layer insulation;
• K - bonding and impregnation with silicone varnish;
• T – thin insulation;
• L – surface coated with varnish.

CONSTRUCTION

1. Current-carrying cores made of rectangular copper or aluminum wire.
   Nominal dimensions of copper wire (current-carrying core):
• wire thickness – from 0.9 to 3.55 mm;
• wire width – from 2.12 to 8.5 mm.
2. Nominal dimensions of aluminum wire (current-carrying core):
• wire thickness – from 1.8 to 3.35 mm;
• wire width – from 3.55 to 8.5 mm.
3. Insulation made of glass threads, applied in two layers, bonded and impregnated with silicone varnish.
   The main construction differences are the insulation thickness and the presence of a varnish coating (conductors APSDKT, PSDKT, PSDKT-L – with thin insulation, conductors PSDKT-L, PSDK-L – with a surface varnish layer).

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Operating temperature range: from -60 °C to +200 °C. Insulation heat resistance class – 200 (200 °C).
Insulation breakdown voltage, V:

• conductors with aluminum cores – from 400 to 600 V;
• conductors with copper cores – from 400 to 550 V.

Relative elongation at break of conductors:

• from aluminum wire – at least 20 %;
• from copper wire – from 30 to 34 %.

The insulation is mechanically strong and flexible.
Warranty period – one and a half years from the manufacturing date.
