  3. Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride plastic compound (PVC). The insulation of the conductors has different colors or numeric markings. The color of single-core and two-core insulation is not standardized. Marking must be continuous, and coloring in the form of a longitudinal stripe of at least 2 mm width is allowed. The insulation color should be specified in the wire marking (when ordering) according to the letter designation shown in the table:

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Ambient operating temperature from -50°C to +50°C.
The maximum permissible heating temperature of the current-carrying conductors during operation is +70°C.
The electrical resistance of the conductors to direct current, recalculated per 1 km length at 20°C, complies with DSTU EN 60228.
The electrical resistance of the insulation, recalculated per 1 km length at the maximum allowable heating temperature of 70°C, must be at least 5 kΩ.
Test AC voltage at 50 Hz: 3000 V for cables with a nominal voltage of 0.66 kV and 3500 V for cables with a nominal voltage of 1.0 kV for 10 minutes.
Minimum bending radius during installation – 8 cable diameters.
Cable manufacturing length – at least 200 meters.
Warranty period – 5 years from commissioning.
