The abbreviation provides comprehensive information on the main product properties:

• A - Aluminum, conductor material;
• P - Wire;
• V - Vinyl or PVC, insulation materials. These polymers are dielectrics, meaning they do not conduct current;
• 1 - First flexibility class - rigid. Minimum bending radius is approximately 8 to 10 times the diameter.

CONSTRUCTION

1. Conductive core:
• For APVng-LS (ngd) wires - aluminum, single-wire 1st class for cross-sections from 2.5 to 16 mm² inclusive, multi-wire 2nd class for cross-sections from 25 to 120 mm² inclusive according to DSTU EN 60228;
• For PV1ng-LS (ngd) wires - copper, single-wire 1st class for cross-sections from 0.5 to 10 mm² inclusive, multi-wire 2nd class for cross-sections from 16 to 95 mm² inclusive according to DSTU EN 60228;
• For PV3ng-LS (ngd) wires - copper, multi-wire 2, 3, or 4 for cross-sections from 0.5 to 10 mm² inclusive, 4th class for cross-sections from 2.5 to 4.0 mm² inclusive, 3rd class for cross-sections from 6.0 mm² and above according to DSTU EN 60228.
2. Insulation – from fire-resistant PVC plastic compound, different colors. Core color is solid.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Operating temperature range from -50°C to +70°C.
Relative humidity at +35°C – 100%.
Electrical insulation resistance:

• Upon acceptance and delivery 1×10⁶ Ω;
• During operation 1×10⁴ Ω;

Allowable continuous heating temperature of conductive cores during operation +70°C.
Resistant to mold fungi.
Resistant to mechanical impacts, linear acceleration, bending, vibration loads, acoustic noise.
Laying and installation of wires without preheating are carried out at a temperature not lower than -15°C.
Bending radius during installation:

• For APVng-LS (ngd), PV1ng-LS (ngd) wires – 10 outer wire diameters;
  
• For PV3ng-LS (ngd), AsPV3ng-LS (ngd) wires - 5 outer wire diameters.

Wire length per reel no less than 100 m.
Warranty period of operation – 2 years from commissioning.
Service life of wires – 15 years.

APPLICATION

APVng-LS (ngd), PV1ng-LS (ngd) wires are used for stationary installations, PV3ng-LS (ngd), AsPV3ng-LS (ngd) for electric circuits with possible bends, in lighting and power networks, and for mounting electrical equipment, machinery, mechanisms, and tools with a nominal voltage up to 450 V (for networks up to 450/750 V) at a frequency up to 400 Hz or a DC voltage up to 1000 V.
These wires are designed for installation in places where low emission of smoke, toxic and corrosive gases is required during burning and smoldering.
