Flexible wire with twisted aluminum alloy conductors, PVC insulation, and sheath, for voltages up to 380V for 380/660V systems.
The abbreviation AsPVS, AsPVSng, AsPVSng-LS (ngd) stands for:

• As – aluminum alloy;
• P – wire;
• V – vinyl or PVC, insulation materials. These polymers are dielectric, meaning they do not conduct electricity;
• S – connecting;
• ng – non-flammable (does not spread flame in case of fire);
• LS (Low Smoke) or "ngd" – non-flammable and low-smoke (reduced smoke and gas emissions).

CONSTRUCTION

1. Conducting core – aluminum alloy, multi-wire, flexibility class 5.
2. Insulation – PVC plastic of various colors, in AsPVSng-LS (ngd) cords with PVC plastic of reduced fire hazard.

3. Sheath – PVC plastic, in cables marked with "ng" – with reduced flammability PVC plastic, in cables marked with "ng-LS (ngd)" – with reduced fire hazard PVC plastic. The sheath is applied with filling the gaps between the cores, giving the cable a round shape. The sheath can be white, blue, yellow, green, brown, gray, red, blue, black, or orange.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Operating temperature of the surrounding environment:

• for cables in У design from -40°С to +40°С;
• for other cable designs from -25°С to +40°С.

The permissible long-term operating temperature of the conductors is +70°С.
The cables can withstand a test with alternating voltage for 15 minutes.
After being kept in water at a temperature of (20±5)°С for 1 hour, 2500 V at 50 Hz.
The durability of the cables, expressed in resistance to cyclic bending under nominal voltage, is not less than 30,000 (60,000) cycles (movements).
Guaranteed service life:

• not less than 5000 hours;
  
• for cables used in stationary electrical appliances, not less than 12,000 hours.

The construction length of the cable is not less than 50 m.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of commissioning.
The service life of the cables is at least 6 years.
The service life of cables used in stationary electrical appliances is at least 10 years.

APPLICATION

Used for connecting personal hygiene devices, climate control devices, soldering irons, lamps, kitchen electrical appliances, radio-electronic equipment, washing machines, refrigerators, and other similar devices used in residential and administrative premises, as well as for making extension cords for voltages up to 380V for 380/380V systems.
