CONSTRUCTION

1. Current-carrying conductors made of tinned copper wires with cross-sections of 0.35; 0.5; 0.75; 1.0; 1.5; 2.5 mm², not lower than 3rd class flexibility.
2. Insulation – made of polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC), in cables with the index “ng-LS” made of low-flammability PVC.
3. Insulated conductors are twisted together.
4. Sheath made of polyvinyl chloride plastic, with low flammability PVC with the index “ng”, and low-flammability PVC with the index “ng-LS.”

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Operating temperature of the surrounding environment from -50°C to +50°C.
Relative humidity at a temperature of +35°C – 98%.
Permissible long-term temperature for heating current-carrying conductors during operation +70°C.
Installation of cables without preheating can be performed at ambient temperatures no lower than -15°C.
Electrical resistance of cable insulation, calculated per 1 km length and at a temperature of 20 °C, is not less than 10 MΩ.
Test alternating voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz is 2000 V for 5 minutes.
Minimum bending radius during installation – 5 times the cable diameter.
Construction length of the cable is no less than 25 meters.
Warranty period of operation – 3 years from the date of commissioning.

Cables are designed for fixed inter-device installation of electrical devices operating at a rated alternating voltage of up to 500 V with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a direct voltage of up to 750 V.
