Heat-resistant lacquered wire
The abbreviation PTLE-200 stands for:

• P – wire;
• T – heat-resistant;
• L – lacquered strands;
• E – screened;
• 200 – maximum temperature in degrees Celsius.

CONSTRUCTION

1. Current-carrying conductors made of tin-plated copper wires.
2. Insulation:
• Insulation made of fluoroplastic film with at least 15% film overlap;
• Insulation in the form of winding made of strands impregnated with silicone-organic varnish.
3. Braiding made of strands impregnated with silicone-organic varnish.
4. Shielding braid made of tin-plated copper wire with a nominal diameter of no more than 0.15 mm. Wire surface density coefficient – at least 75%.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Maximum operating temperature of the wires – up to 200 °C.
Operating temperature – from -60 °C to 170 °C.
Relative humidity of air at +35°C – 98%.
Electrical resistance of wire insulation, calculated for 1 km length and 20 °C temperature, not less than 1000 MΩ.
Test alternating voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz, 1500 V, for 1 minute.
Cable construction length is no less than 20 meters.
Service life – 20 years from the moment the wires are put into operation.

APPLICATION

The wires are intended for fixed installation of aircraft wiring systems and operation at voltages up to 250 V DC or AC frequencies up to 5000 Hz.
The wire is resistant to vibrations, impact, and linear loads, as well as to acoustic noise. The wires are resistant to the effects of reduced atmospheric pressure down to 2 kPa (15 mm Hg), salt mist, and mold fungi.
