CONSTRUCTION

1. Current-carrying single-wire core of copper-constantan;
2. Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride plastic, with separation between cores. Insulated cores are marked with colors and a stripe:
   • the copper alloy is marked with a stripe;
   • constantan has a brown color.

Operating temperature of the ambient environment: from -40 to +70 °C.
Relative air humidity at a temperature of +35 °C – 98%.
Wire installation can be carried out at an ambient temperature not lower than -15 °C.
Electrical resistance of the wire insulation, calculated per 1 m of length at a temperature of 20 °C, is at least 1000 MΩ.
Electrical resistance of the wire insulation, measured at a relative air humidity of up to 98% and a temperature of (35 ± 3) °C after 48 hours of exposure, recalculated per 1 m of length, is at least 100 MΩ.
Test alternating voltage of 1500 V at a frequency of 50 Hz for 5 minutes.
Minimum cable length in a coil: 100 meters.
Warranty period of operation: 2 years from the date of wire commissioning.
