The wire is single-core for electrical installations with a copper core or aluminum alloy with insulation from polyvinyl chloride plasticate of reduced fire hazard .

CONSTRUCTION

1. The current-carrying core  of wires of the PV3ng-LS (ngd) brand is copper, multi-wire 2, 3, or 4 for a cross-section from 0.5 to 10 mm² inclusive, 4th class for a cross-section from 2.5 to 4.0 mm² inclusive, 3 -th class for a cross-section of 6.0 mm² and above according to DSTU EN 60228.
2. Insulation - from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic of reduced fire hazard, different colors. The coloring of the veins is continuous.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The working temperature of the surrounding environment is from -50°С to  +70°С.

Relative air humidity at a temperature of +35°C is  100%.

Electrical insulation resistance:

• when receiving and supplying 1×106 Ohm;
• for the period of operation 1×104 Ohm.

The permissible heating temperature  of the conductive cores during operation was +70°С.

Wires are resistant to mold fungi.

Wires are resistant to mechanical shocks, linear  acceleration, bends, vibration loads,  acoustic noises.

Laying and installation of wires without preheating  is carried out at a temperature not lower than -15°С.

Bending radius when laying  PV3ng-LS wires (ngd) - 5  outer diameters of the wire.

The construction length of the wire is not less than 100 m.

The warranty period of operation is 2 years from the moment  of commissioning.

The service life of wires is 15 years .

APPLICATION

Wires PV3ng-LS (ngd) for installation of sections of electric circuits where wire bends are possible, in lighting and power networks, as well as for installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms and machines at a nominal voltage of up to 450 V (for networks up to 450/750 V) with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a constant voltage of up to 1000 V.

Wires are intended for laying on objects where low emission of smoke, toxic and corrosive gases during burning and smoldering is required.
