Flexible cables with copper conductors, insulation, and a thermoplastic elastomer sheath.
Interpretation of the letter marking:

• R - insulation of conductors with rubber or TEP;
• P - polyethylene terephthalate film wrapping;
• SH - thermoplastic elastomer hose sheath.

CONSTRUCTION

1. The conductive conductor – copper, round, multi-wire, class 5 flexibility for conductors with cross-sections of 0.35 and 0.5 mm²; for all other – class 5 flexibility according to DSTU EN 60228.
2. Insulation – made of thermoplastic elastomer insulation material. Insulated conductors have distinct color or numerical marking. In the multi-stranded twist, there is a counting pair, where the colors of the insulation differ from one another and from the other wires in the twist.
3. Twist – insulated conductors twisted together. The twist pitch is no more than 14 times the diameter of the twist, and in multi-stranded twists, the inner twist is wound with a step not exceeding 25 times the diameter, while the outer twist is wound with a step not exceeding 14 diameters.
4. Separator layer – in the form of a synthetic tape wrapping. The cable may be manufactured without a separator layer if the sheath can be removed without damaging the insulation.
5. Sheath – made of thermoplastic elastomer.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Operating temperature of the surrounding environment from -40°C to +60°C.
Relative humidity at a temperature of +35°C – 98%.
The installation of the cables can be done without pre-heating at ambient temperatures not lower than -15°C.
Allowable long-term heating temperature of the conductors during operation is +65°C.
Electrical resistance of the insulation of the conductors, measured per 1 km length at a temperature of 20°C, should be at least 110 MΩ at acceptance and supply, and at least 1.1 MΩ during operation and storage.
Test alternating voltage at a frequency of 50 Hz:

• for cables rated for 380V – 2.0 kV;
• for cables rated for 660V – 2.5 kV;
• for cables rated for 3000V – 7 kV.

The construction length of the cable is not less than 50 meters.

APPLICATION

The cables are intended for connection to radio and electrical installations for operation at alternating voltages of 380V, 660V, and 3000V with a frequency of 50Hz.
