CONSTRUCTION

1. Conductive core — copper, stranded, 5th class of flexibility according to DSTU EN 60228.

According to the customer's request, as per TU U 27.3-33527835-002:2014, it is possible to manufacture wires with a conductor cross-section of up to 6 mm² inclusive.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Operating ambient temperature:

• for cords in U execution from -40°C to +40°C;
  
• for cords of other executions from -25°C to +40°C.

The permissible long-term heating temperature of conductive cores during operation is +70°C.
Nominal current load for a cross-section of 0.5 mm² – 2.5 A.

The cords withstand tests with alternating voltage for 15 minutes after being immersed in water at a temperature of (20±5)°C for 1 hour at 2000V, 50 Hz.
The cords do not spread combustion when installed singly.
The resource of the cords, expressed in resistance to alternating bending deformations at nominal voltage, is at least – 30,000 (60,000) cycles (movements).
Nominal tensile strength with a roller diameter of 8 mm – 9.8 N.
Established failure-free operating time:

• not less than – 5,000 hours;
  
• for cords used in stationary electrical appliances, not less than – 12,000 hours.

The construction length of the wire is not less than 50 meters.
The warranty period of operation is 2 years from the date of commissioning.
The service life of the wires is at least 6 years.
The service life of wires used in stationary electrical appliances is at least 10 years.
